Is this a cloud PMS or does it need a local server?
It is fully cloud-based. There is no server to buy or maintain, backups are automatic, and your team can open the front desk from any browser or phone. Multiple staff can work in it at once and always see the same live view.
Can we handle multi-room and group bookings?
Yes. A single folio can hold several rooms, each with its own stay dates and charges. You can move one room to a different category, extend or shorten a stay, and settle the group together or room by room without breaking the totals.
Does the PMS produce GST invoices?
